
Online Purchase Return Policy
Huck Finn's Warehouse will accept returns (for refund) or exchanges within 7 days of receipt. Shipping charges are not refundable. All refunds will incur a 15% restocking fee.
A return authorization number is required for all returns.
Please e-mail us at customerserivce@ huckfinnswarehouse.com to obtain the return authorization. State the nature of the problem or reason for the return . The return authorization number will be e-mailed back to you within 24hours of your request. Please be sure that RA number appears on the shipping label.
Any merchandise that is returned damaged, used, washed, or not in original packaging will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. Products shipped without a Return Authorization number will incur a 50% restocking fee.
After the product is returned and inspected, a refund will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase less the charges mentioned herein.

We guarantee that your online transaction will be secure, and that your credit card information will be protected on huckfinnswarehouse.com. In the unlikely event that unauthorized charges are made on your credit card, through no fault of your own, resulting from purchases made on huckfinnswarehouse.com utilizing our secure servers, Huck Finn’s Warehouse will reimburse you for any amounts you are required to pay by the credit card issuer provided you promptly notify your credit card provider. Under federal law, your maximum liability for unauthorized use of your credit card is limited to $50.

Shipments are limited to the Continental USA
All shipments are routed via UPS
Shipping and handling charges for standard home delivery will be added to your purchase based on the total of your order.
Standard Delivery: You can expect delivery in 4 to 7 working days. All orders are shipped UPS, Ground. UPS will ring your doorbell, then leave the package in a sheltered area.
Warranties
All merchandise sold is 1st quality unless otherwise noted at the time of purchase. See product details for warranty information, if applicable, since warranties will vary by product and manufacturer.
In Store Purchase Policy
Delivery Policy - Home delivery is available for an additional fee and will vary depending on location. Local delivery is "in
home",all other is UPS or Common Carrier "Curb" delivery.
Please call or E-mail via our "Contact Us" page for more delivery
information. Common carrier and UPS/RPS rates are based on location and
weight, where as "in home" is rated on a per stop basis.
Payment Terms - All purchases must be prepaid prior to pickup or
delivery. No COD is allowed. Cash, Check, MasterCard & Visa, as well
as Hucks own charge card are accepted as payment.
Layaways - Layaway is available on most furniture and rug purchases.
A minimum of 25% is required at the time of purchase. All items must be
picked up within 30 days. Layaways canceled within 7 days will be issued
a refund or store credit for the deposit amount at the discretion of the
customer. Layaway is only available at "Warehouse Prices". Sale
or Clearance items must be picked up or delivered within 7 days of purchase.
Cancellations after 7 days and up to 30 days will be issued store credit
for the deposit amount. Items held and/or canceled after 30 days are considered
"final sales." Cancellations will result in a forfeiture of
all deposits after 30 days.
Purchase Policy Refunds can be issued for items returned or orders canceled
within 7 days of the purchase date. In the case of a delivery or layaway
the purchase date is the original order date, not the pickup or delivery
date.
All items must be returned in perfect condition in original packaging
and with a sales receipt. Items returned or orders canceled after 7 days
but before 30 days will be issued a store credit as long as the conditions
above are met. Items will not be accepted for return after 30 days. Orders
held beyond 30 days are considered "final sales" resulting in
a forfeiture of all deposits.
Refunds
- Refunds on cash transactions over $20.00 will be in the form of a
company check which will be mailed within 7-10 days of the date of return.
- Refunds on check transactions will be in the form of a company check
mailed within 7-10 days of the date of the return.
Warranties- All merchandise sold is 1st quality unless otherwise
noted at the time of purchase. Many products have extended Manufacturers
Warranties but all 1st quality products are backed with a 1 year warranty
against manufactures defects.
Those items returned due to a manufacturing defect would be repaired or
replaced at the determination of Huck Finn or the Manufacturer. Transportation
on all Warranty claims is the responsibility of the customer.
